| The whole line comprises QCH bottle washing machine, MSH heat
sterilizing tunnel oven and HYG-300 high speed filling &
stoppering machine. Compatible with GMP regulations, it can
automatically finish such processes as washing, sterilizing,
drying, filling, stoppering and bottle-outputting. All machinery in
the line can be used separately. ZDT automatic capping machine and TZJ high-speed self-adhesive labeling machine can be ideal companions to the filling line. Features Specially designed for antibiotic bottle freezing & drying line. The whole line introduces advanced technology. Imported control system, touch man-machine interface, easy to use, good performance. Ultrasonic tough cleaning and fine cleaning alternate with water and steam. All-directional (up and down, right and left) heating by gilded quartz tube. Tunnel oven controlled by high-performance controllable silicon, tiny changes in temperature. CIP function, additional print function according to customers requirements. Ceramic plunger pump as metering unit. Change star wheels of feeding and outputting and width of central conveyor-belt if other specifications are needed.
